15 minutes to gather clothes from all rooms, 10 minutes to sort,
4 minutes to load and start. Later stop back to add bleach
and again later softener- 4 minutes. Stop again what you
doing to return and move WET clothes to dryer, untangle clothes and add fabric
sheets and start cycle- 5 minutes. Stop again doing the
other important things you where doing and return to unload dryer,
untangle and put in basket, and carry to another room for folding- 4 minutes.
After finishing the other more important stuff you also have to do, return
to fold clothes. Sort,
shake-out, match all socks and fold all items that you don't care
about pressing-12 minutes.
Finally take those items that need to be pressed, (because they sat in
the basket too long and got very wrinkled), iron and place to
basket, 14 minutes ( includes set up & take down of ironing board and
iron heat-up time).
Total time for one normal size load of wash = One hour, 8
minutes
